My experience wasn't the best. The walls felt paper-thin and I could hear my neighbors talking and even snoring! It was hard to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast ran out early one morning. I wish they had refilled it more promptly.

the hotel location was central everything was easy to reach the staff was helpful and friendly the room was clean. it was easy to reach all the attraction places.

the hotel gave me room 501 the door lock was broken i couldn't properly close it there was also a consistent undetectable noise in the corridor.

The reception staff, including Mr Izzat, Arif, and Rajab, were helpful and understanding.

The air conditioner kept switching off, so I slept in the heat. Telephones did not work. They are there for decoration. Hair dryers did not work either. There were no ironing facilities, despite the listing stating there were.

the hotel is near the tram, useful for getting to places. many attractions like hagia sophia are within 15 minutes by walking. the breakfast offers enough options.

the sheets felt thin and rough, so i wasn't super comfortable. some corners in the bathrooms had mold, a big issue. the towels was not changed, a big disappointment.
